Why Perez Landscaping
We design with species that evolved in this geology and climate. Every plant we install is nursery-grown at Hill House Farm in Woodville — local-ecotype stock that establishes faster and supports the pollinators and birds already here.
Our approach is design-build-care: we do not hand off a garden and walk away. We return season after season to tend, divide, and adjust. A garden is a living system and it needs long-term relationship, not a one-time transaction.
Whether your property is a half-acre lot in Washington or a hundred-acre farm outside Culpeper, we will design a plan that works for the land and for you.
